Education.
He graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
He completed post-graduate law studies at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and completed studies in Anglo-American law (Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf in cooperation with Harvard Law School).

In 2004 he joined the team of KPDI Law Firm. From 2007, he is the Managing Partner of KPDI.
Specialization.
He deals with consulting for business entities, including in particular international legal transactions, M&A transactions, contract negotiations.
He led, on behalf of the ordering party, the process of organizing public procurement and the implementation of contracts for the construction and equipment of the Maritime Culture Center in Gdańsk.
He worked on legal aspects of the process of creating and developing the operational activities of an international joint venture dealing with the supply of aviation fuels in Poland. Extensive experience in providing legal services to companies with foreign capital and international transactions.
For many years, a strategic legal adviser to the largest Polish private rail freight carrier. He led, among others, a number of transactions aimed at obtaining several dozen locomotives with the organization of their financing in the form of leasing. He advised in the process of obtaining a permit to conduct transport operations in RFN before the German railway regulator.
