Collective labor law
KPDI Law Firm has extensive experience in collective labor law. Large companies often have a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), or Work Regulations and Remuneration Regulations, and the interests of employees are represented by a company trade union (trade unions) or an Employee Council. We advise and represent employers in negotiations with trade unions and in contacts with employee councils, etc. We draft and negotiate internal collective labor law documentation.
Representation in labor disputes
We represent our clients – both employees and employers – in proceedings before labor courts. The subject matter of such disputes is not limited to unjustified termination or termination of employment contracts and related settlements. Parties to employment contracts are increasingly involved in disputes concerning non-competition clauses, mobbing, and discrimination.
