He has extensive experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs from various industries (commercial, medical, energy, insurance, construction, automotive, services, press publishing, etc.), including capital groups, public finance entities, non-governmental organizations, and individuals. He represents legal and natural persons before common courts and in mediation proceedings, as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He has repeatedly performed advisory and supervisory functions, sitting as a member of creditors’ councils where the total value of claims exceeded 0.5 billion PLN.
