Attorney Anna Grzesznik-Matla graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and Postgraduate Studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Public Administration of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She is also a participant of post-graduate studies in the field of coaching at SWPS in Sopot.
Experience
Attorney Anna Grzesznik-Matla has many years of experience in consulting in the field of individual and collective labor law acquired in cooperation with many acquisitions and transformations of workplaces.
She successfully manages lawsuits in the field of labor law: as a result of an appeal to an employment tribunal against unlawful termination or termination of an employment contract, cases from the scope of the non-competition agreement after termination of employment.
She also deals with the service of commercial law companies, drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as representation of clients in court disputes.
