Education.
He graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Postgraduate studies in “Corporate Finance Management” at the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.
Experience.
In the years 2000-2001 he worked at ING Bank Śląski S.A., then as an applicant in law offices. Attorney since 2005.
He has many years of experience in compiling and negotiating contracts, in particular those that are a part of investment processes, also based on FIDIC procedures. He also specializes in conducting court disputes for business clients arising during the implementation of contracts, both in common courts and in arbitration.
He advised on investment processes related to the expansion of the refinery in Gdańsk and the management of hydrocarbon motherloads in the Baltic Sea.
He participated in numerous public procurement proceedings, both on the part of the ordering parties and the bidders.
He provides legal services to companies in the IT sector, advising, among others, in negotiating contracts for the implementation of IT projects, consistent IT services, service contracts and the preparation of regulations for services provided via internet.
