For several years now, even the principles of legal ethics, considered conservative, have allowed lawyers to participate in company management boards. Of course, every lawyer who runs their own law firm also manages their own business. This is how lawyers protect themselves from liability for economic decisions. But that&#8217;s not all. Most often, however, they avoid answering questions in areas where they do not have much experience.
